Finantsinspektsioon (the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority) would like to inform investors that company Apex Capital Management, AS (apexcapital.lt) does not hold a credit institution, investment firm or payment institution activity licence in Estonia and therefore Apex Capital Management, AS is not authorised to provide relevant services in Estonia. The company gives misleading and incorrect information on its´ webpage about its´ Estonian operating address, also as if it owns activity licences issued by Finantsinspektsioon and has joined the Guarantee Fund scheme.
