The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) has suspended for 90 days:
the offering to the public resident in Italy involving investments of a financial nature carried out by Expedite Spzoo in the absence of the required authorisation, including through the website www.omega.best pursuant to article 99, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Italian Legislative Degree n.58/1998.
pursuant to Article 101, paragraph 4, letter b) of the Italian Legislative Degree n.58/1998, advertising activities carried out in the absence of the required authorisation through the following websites www.manuelcooper.com https://manuel.omegaita.it as well as the Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/241778882951122page related to Mr Emanuele Fiore on the public offering promoted by Expedite Spzoo for financial investments.
