The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) has suspended the offer to the public resident in Italy of investments of a financial nature made by “AirBit Club” and through the websites https://airbitclub.com and www.bitbackoffice.com pursuant to Article 99, paragraph 1 d), of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 58/1998.
