Issuers of crypto assets other than asset-referenced tokens or E-money tokens in Estonia

The list contains companies that have informed Finantsinspektsioon that they are engaged in public offering or admission to trading of other crypto assets and have submitted a white paper in accordance with the requirements in the MiCA regulation (EU) 2023/1114. The companies themselves are fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the content of the white paper. Submission of a white paper to Finantsinspektsioon does not mean that Finantsinspektsioon has issued a licence to operate or has given approval in advance.
