Euroopa Parlamendi ja Nõukogu Direktiiv 2009/138/EÜ, kindlustus- ja edasikindlustustegevuse alustamise ja jätkamise kohta (Solventsus II) Lisa II järgi:
According to Annex II of the Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of Insurance and Reinsurance (Solvency II):
I. The life insurance referred to in points (a)(i), (ii) and (iii) of Article 2(3) excluding those referred to in II and III;
III. The insurance referred to in points (a)(i) and (ii) of Article 2(3), which are linked to investment funds;
VII. Management of group pension funds, referred to in point (b)(iii) and (iv) of Article 2(3);
