Crowdestate AS was granted an operating authorisation as a payment institution

Finantsinspektsioon issued authorisation on 21 June to Crowdestate AS to operate as a payment institution. The authorisation as a payment institution permits Crowdestate AS to provide the payment institution and e-money institution service of execution of payment transactions, including transfers of funds to payment accounts opened with a payment service provider.

The members of the management board of Crowdestate AS are Allan-Kristjan Mauer and Robert-Mihai Butoi and the members of the supervisory board are Loit Linnupõld, Rait Ojasaar and Hannes Küün.

All authorised payment institutions are listed on the Finantsinspektsioon website in the list of Supervised Entities.
