The results of the 2025 survey of employment expectations by Instar, the employer branding and recruitment agency, showed that Finantsinspektsioon is one of the seven most attractive employers for students of economics.
“I am very pleased to see that students of economics consider Finantsinspektsioon to be one of the most attractive employers in Estonia. We are proud of our professionalism, we very much value our colleagues and their work, and we have a great working environment”, said Chair of the Finantsinspektsioon Management Board Kilvar Kessler.
The Finantsinspektsioon staff are a good balance of dedicated top-level experts with long experience and very capable young specialists. “We set a target a couple of years ago of being a desirable employer for economics students, because economists and lawyers are the future of our organisation. I am very happy to see that our work has borne fruit, and I want to thank our whole team for their efforts in this”, said Human Resources Manager at Finantsinspektsioon Lilja Normak.
Employer branding and recruitment agency Instar was running its survey of employment expectations and employer reputations for the 16th time in 2025, and the results showed that students of economics in Estonia see Finantsinspektsioon as an attractive employer. The league table of the most attractive employers in Estonia is published each year, and those at the top are recognised with an award. Finantsinspektsioon now has a digital certificate declaring it an attractive employer.
