Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the authorisation as a creditor from OÜ Nemm Auto and the authorisation as a credit intermediary from Laenuvahendaja OÜ

On 11 April Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the authorisation as a creditor issued on 15 February 2016 to OÜ Nemm Auto and the authorisation as a credit intermediary issued on 7 December 2020 to Laenuvahendaja OÜ. The authorisations were withdrawn at the application of the companies themselves.

Nemm Auto OÜ confirmed to Finantsinspektsioon that as at 1 March it had not signed a single consumer credit contract.

Laenuvahendaja OÜ confirmed that it had ceased providing credit intermediation services as at the end of March. The clients of Laenuvahendaja OÜ had also been informed about it ceasing activities.

There are currently 46 creditors and eight credit intermediaries operating in Estonia with authorisations issued by Finantsinspektsioon. The list of creditors and credit intermediaries can be found in the register of market participants on the Finantsinspektsioon website.
