AS Silvano Fashion Group published a stock exchange announcement on 3 September saying that it will partly fulfil the obligation to have its annual report audited for the year ending on 31 December.

Finantsinspektsioon issued a precept on 7 October to AS Silvano Fashion Group requiring it to comply with the law and submit its audited annual report for 2024 by the required date regardless of the stock exchange announcement issued on 3 September by AS Silvano Fashion Group.

Precepts may be appealed at the Tallinn Administrative Court within 30 days of notification of the administrative decision
