Finantsinspektsioon issued a precept on 2 December to Ühisarveldused AS (register code 14192799) as it identified shortcomings during an inspection in organising general governance, in capital management and ensuring the correctness of reporting, and in compliance with and adherence to internal regulations.
Ühisarveldused AS did not meet the minimum requirements of the Payment Institutions and E-money Institutions Act in organising management operations and ensuring the correctness of reporting. One issue was that the payment institution had violated the principle of separation of client assets. Finantsinspektsioon requires the company to remedy the shortcomings found during the on-site inspection by the end of the current year at the latest. Finantsinspektsioon inspected Ühisarveldused AS between 27.12.2023 and 31.01.2024. Precepts may be appealed at the Tallinn Administrative Court within 30 days of notification of the administrative decision.
