The Italian insurance supervisor IVASS announced that resolution measures had been applied to the insurer Assicurazioni Rischi Agricoli VMG 1857 S.p.A and the insurance company FINASS VMG 1857 S.p.A that it controls. The resolution measures are being applied under the provisions of §152 of the Italian insurance supervisory act. Finantsinspektsioon issued a licence to operate as creditor to iRaha Estonia OÜ on 3 February. The licence gives the company the right to provide unsecured loans to consumers under a credit contract.
