Finantsinspektsioon fined Svea Finance AS (register code 11200943) a total of 200,000 euros for two misdemeanours, because multiple breaches of the rules were identified in its assessment of the credit capacity of consumers and because its internal rules did not meet the requirements.

Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the operating licence as a payment institution from OÜ MyFinancier

Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the operating licence as a payment institution issued on 15 March 2021 to OÜ MyFinancier (register code 14321191). The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself. OÜ MyFinancier confirmed that it no longer provides the account information services covered by the licence since 22 May 2025.
