CONSOB (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa) has ordered black out of 5 new websites that abusively offer financial services illegally:
“Marketsac.eu” (website https://marketsac.eu and its page https://platform.marketsac-tp.eu);
“TopTierCapital” (website www.toptiercapital.org);
“Top Markets Ltd” (website www.vantagecfd.com and its page https://wt.vantagecfd.com);
“CryptosMarket” (website https://cryptosmarket.io);
“GMT Brokers Ltd” (website https://gmtbrokers.com and its page https://portal.tradingfxapp.net).
The number of sites blacked out since July 2019, when Consob was given the power to order the black-out of websites of fraudulent financial intermediaries, has thus risen to 1089.
Consob has also prohibited the offer to the public resident in Italy concerning the “Investment Plans” called “Mini Piano” (Mini Plan), “Pianificare in Anticipo” (Plan Ahead), “Piano di Accesso” (Access Plan), “Piano Premium” (Premium Plan) and “Promo Piano” (Promo Plan) promoted by “Ultraford” including through the website https://ultraford.cc. The offer had already been suspended as a precautionary measure, for a period of 90 days.
